Roof problems are cheap to fix early and expensive to ignore. A slipped tile becomes a wet ceiling, then a rotten joist, then a plastering job you didn't budget for.
Repair where sensible, replace where it isn't
Not every leak needs a new roof. We'll inspect properly, photograph what we find and tell you plainly whether a repair will hold or whether the covering has reached the end of its life. Where a full re-roof is the right answer, we strip, replace defective battens and felt, re-lay with new or salvaged tiles, and re-bed the ridge and verges.
Flat roofs and rainwater goods
Flat roofs over extensions, dormers and garages are laid in EPDM or GRP with proper falls and trims, not patched felt. Guttering, fascias and soffits are replaced as a system — a new gutter hung on rotten fascia board is a repair with a countdown on it.

Questions about this service
Emergency repairs, yes — we'll make it watertight whatever the season. Full re-roofs need a reasonable weather window, so we'll plan the start date around the forecast and sheet the roof at the end of each day.
Widespread slipped or delaminating tiles, sagging between rafters, failing felt visible from the loft, or repeated leaks in different places all point that way. One isolated leak usually doesn't. We'll show you photographs either way.
